All shipments via UPS express service (by plane).
Shipments are sent from Monday to Wednesday. All orders placed until 10:00 are dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 from Monday to Wednesday are dispatched next delivery day, but orders placed after 10:00 from Wednesday to Sunday are dispatched on Monday – this is to prevent leeches to stay in the package through the weekend. The total shipping cost depends on destination country.
Delivery time – maximum 48 hours. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to invoice. All orders are non-cancelable, and non-refundable. Leeches are not returnable.
